I heard the play by play guy for the Bears being interviewed on KFAN yesterday and he said that the Bears will be lucky to win 5 games this year.  Go Vikings!!!!!  good luck.

i heard on the 10 pm news last nite that the smack talk between the vikings and Adrian Peterson is starting up! gonna be fun following that!!!!!!!!!

I gotta admit that I'm nervous about the first game.  Maybe I should put some money on New Orleans to mitigate my sorrows in case the Vikes loose.

I didn't see anything in the performance of the first team defense during the preseason to make me think they could stop a competent offense.  Yeah, I know Zimmer is a defensive genius guru, but is there sustained evidence that his players will play for him?  Remember Captain Munnerlyn's coverage scheme mutiny last year?  He's gone, but is everybody else back on-board and on the same page?  I hope so.

I don't care if Brees beats us, just please, Zim, please, sell out on the run.  It will only take one missed block at the line with a missed tackle by a linebacker and it will be... "and He's LOOSE!" all over again.

I agree Steve.  I don't see this being an easy win neither.  I am usually the eternal optimist when it comes to the Vikes but I am a little uneasy at this point.
