bones still have to be out.......   unless it's scaled, headed and gutted.....

Yup I want no bones in my fish.  That is the whole filleting program, to get the bones out.

I agree, great with a knife ( especially an old fashioned blade) but that's only half of it.

Gotta agree, no bones!  I even take the time to get the pin bones out, as my sister usually likes some fish & some of those end up feeding some little people.
