Curlys seasoning

Anyone using curlys been noticing the final product has been turning out a little or a lot on the salty side?  I used a 10# pack on a 10# batch of old fashion Frank's last weekend and super salty.
Yesterday I tried something different,  6 lbs "swiss on steroids " but in burger fashion.  Went 50/50 burger and pork with swiss and cheddar, but only mixed in enough seasoning for 5 lbs of meat. Once again real salty.  Anyone been using anything else??

I just finiesded a batch of curley, codys snack stick, seems just fine.

Bobber I haven't noticed that myself.  I'm sure you used the proper weight with the meat and liquid to go with it, but everyone has a different tollerance to salt also.  You can call him up or his wife at 319-635-7249 and ask if they changed any formula.  Boar uses stuff from Owens BBQ that he seems to like.   good luck.

yup ther are kits from both that are awsome, owens has kits crleeys dont and visa versa. fun to try different stuff.
