I wanted to make everyone aware of this POS name.  His mother and father are also in the same category.  I have been watching this for months.  As I grew up in Luverne I have been through Blue Earth countless times.  We used to stop for breakfast there on our way to our vacation spot every year.  I didn't know how cutthroat Blue Earth really was to the nice people that live there.  This football player was held down and beaten unconcious in front of others and sexually assaulted.  Due to the fact that his mother and father worked for the big employer in the community their monster of a kid was only given a 10 day suspension from school and was still allowed to play in the state tourneys as well as the others who were involved in this terrible assault.  I just wanted to bring his name up so he gets known to all.  Maybe one of you can post this from the Strib.  His family had an ariticle a couple of months ago wondering why noone was doing anything to help prosecute these monsters.  Would like to see that article again too.  THAT is the problem with America not guns.  It is parents not parenting!!!!

First whats POS mean??
Ya I followed that in the willmar paper he sure got off with not even a hand slap!! Little chucker. Never heard  of the privilege his parents have tho. Who they work for?
Seems now days people dont complain to authorities (Cause they are the ones who let it go) They attack the employer of said offender and make parents pay a high price  for raising such a monster through employment!
Give me a name of employer, I'll send a derogatory email to both school board and employer!!!
High school pranks?? NO way that was rape
Keeping America clean and beautiful is a one mans job,Mine

I tried to find out who the employer was just for my own curiosity Dew.  I think it is the school system but I don't know that for sure.  His Dad may even be a coach.  They are employed by one of the biggest employers in town. So sad to see this happen to people.  This kid who was assaulted's Mom quit her job and I think the POS's mom worked at the same place.  Talked about it in the earlier article.  POS Dew means Piece Of (you know what)

The punkster needs an hour with the Rebster. That WOULD take care of a lot of issues.

The Mother of the punk?     "while the mother of  took a leave of absence from her job as a paraprofessional at a local school."  Yes, she worked AT THE SCHOOL.....

Thanks for posting Rebs.  Read all of the highlighted other articles.  More than just the 4 monsters need to be charged.  Terrible thing for the kid beaten up.

I still say there's a need for a certain "vigilante" group in some situations...aka "The Regulators".  ;)

Damn right.  Sometimes being brought out behind the shed prevents future incidents.....

Dalton did plead guilty to a felony charge.  He will be sentenced.  I don't know if the 5th degree sexual assault conviction will land him on the sex offender registration list.  I wonder if part of the agreement is his willingness to testify against the others should they take their cases to trial.

It is hard to judge how poor parenting affected these perpetrators.  Maybe someone closer to the situation has a more informed opinion that I can glean from the news reports.  Sometimes parents do everything right and kids still run off the rails.  Sometimes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

The good folks who were victimized have to move out and the perpetrators remain.

There is a new article on this today.  Mr. Hurley let his son go to a party where his boss lived.  They both worked at a Treatment Center.
