Soooo....howz everyone cook their corn? Since I just eat 2 ears, I do mine in a square glass baking dish, with a couple Tbsp water, and cover with saran wrap. Two big ears just fit.
Nuke for 4-5 mns. Gotta be careful, a minute too much and ya get chewy corn. Otherwise, turns out great, not mushy, nice and a tad crisp, that's how I like it.

I like them off the grill or smoker, other wise stove..  never tried the microwave...

Basically "steams" the ears that way.

I way prefer soaking the coen, husk and all in water for an hour or so, then throw on the grill. Udderwise, husked and boiled.
