Schwanns who has 3 billion in annual sales sold to a South Korean company for 1.8 Billion.  That is for 80% of the company.  The family kept 20% of the company.

My guess is that it involved estate planning and generational transition, like the fleet farm sale.

We still get stuff from the Schwan's man. For a short time the driver was a hot chick but I never saw her. She got stuck in our yard once while we were gone. Neighbor guy came up and pulled her out. She gave him a box of ice cream treats as payment then he was dumb enough to tell me about it. Never let him hear the end of it...
