  • "Seems like time is here and gone".....Doobie's
Here's how I make my Burgers.....

1 lb good 85/15 chuck
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce.
1 Tbsp chopped onion (white or purple)
couple shakes seasoned salt
Coarse ground black pepper (about 3 twists on my grinder)
4-5 DROPS of liquid smoke
Fold in. Do not over mix meat! Form into 1/3 lbs patties.
Cook med-rare. (Over charcoal is best, of course)
Top with slice of cheddar and one of swiss last minute on grill.
Lay on 1 bacon strip per burger. (halved)  Pickles, ketchup, mustard.
Stuff face.

All good. Till you got to the ketchup.
Mine is close but I use blue cheese, several strips of bacon and some garlic.
Great to wash it down with a cold beer. Or two.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.
