Actually the picture in the newspaper is just a lil different than the one of her.  In the newspaper picture-her ponytail is laying partially on her shoulder, glasses are not in the exact same place. 
My guess is someone either works in a printshop or knows someone who did so they were able to print the front page up. 

The reason I came to these conclusions is I have the full sized picture, and looked it over before posting it ;)

You guys are crazy. It is identical. Not only is her hair the same but her glasses are the same....the shadows and creases in her jacket are the same...it is the same picture.
