Ironman World Championship
Females are 2 hrs into the race. Men go at it Saturday. If you have 8 hours with nothing to do, you can watch it live! LOL 

But seriously, anyone compete? I've done two half ironmans but the body I don't think could handle anymore.  It's amazing what these athletes can do. That much intense exercise for that long. crazy

there was a 65 year old lady that Fox 9 interviewed last weekend who's in it!!!   and she wasn't that big or anything!!!   good luck to her!!!

She just came out of the water a little while ago. They had a Kayaker with her. Now she’s off to the 112 mile bike.
