The rut is still on

Yesterday I went hunting with a friend. Fifteen minutes after a small doe passed by at 14 yards, a small buck came by tracking her every step. Neither deer gave me a second (or first) glance.
Fun to watch however, the big boy never showed up. I was in the "Sunrise" stand and the pictures show just how it got its name.

Things really look bleak at this time of the year. Good to see no snow.
