2 missing Minn. boys found dead
Apr 1 2007 11:03PM
Associated Press
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) There's sad news to report out of northern
Minnesota.

A volunteer search team has found the bodies of two young
brothers encased in ice in a lake about a half-mile from their
home.

Tristan White, who was four, and two-year-old Avery Stately,
disappeared November 22nd while playing outside their house. The
boys lived on the Red Lake Indian Reservation near the Canadian
border.

The lake was initially searched by divers. But the search was
called off five days after the boys vanished. It resumed Sunday in
hopes the warmer weather would help.

Authorities don't know what happened to the boys and haven't
determined if foul play was involved. It's hoped an autopsy will
shed some light.

The parents of the boys have said they believed someone abducted
them.

This is very sad. I just commented to my husband this week-end when we drove by one of the reward billboard signs "I wonder if they'll ever find them" sad, sad, sad.

This is a very devastating situation. My thoughts and prayers go out to this family and anyone who knew and loved these 2 little boys. No parent should ever have to bury their child, especially at such a young age. I cannot even begin to imagine what this family is going through emotionally right now.    :(

My wife and I send our thoughts and prayers out to the family.  Having 2 kids ourselves, we cannot imagine the pain and sorrow they are going through.  At least they can have some closure now, knowing their kids are in God's hands now.
