SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE  BUT GOOD!!!!
2 CUPS OF DRY RED WINE
2 CUPS OF CHICKEN STOCK (STORE BAUGHT IS FINE )
  1/2 CUP OF KOSHER SALT
  1/4 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
  1/4 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR
  1 TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED ROSEMARY
  1 TEASPOON OF GROUND NUTMEG
  1 TEASPOON OF WHITE PEPPER
  1  TEASPOON OFSEASON SALT
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A GLASS BOWL  AND WISK UNTIL THE SALT AND SUGARS ARE DISOLVED. POR OVER RIBS  AND REFRIDGERATE FOR 24 HOURS. COOK YOUR RIBS EITHER INDIRECTLY  OR SMOKE EM.  I PREFER SMOKING BECAUSE IT MAKES FOR REAL TENDER RIBS.
FYI  WHEN INDIRECT COOKING ON A GAS GRILL OF  CHARCOAL GRILL  TRY AND PUT SOME HICKORY CHIPS  ON THE GRILL AS WELL .  THIS WILL GIVE YOUA REAL NICE SMOKEY  FLAVOR.
