Hey everybody........I'm looking for something good to put on a pork tenderloin.  Rywheat and myslef are fixin on grillin' one up Thursday.  Thanks!! :rock:

I say we marinate it with some peach Twisted tea slap some garlic on it and put on  the grill and get tipsy and throw some rings and bags

 I HAVE A  great  dry rub  listed  that works real well on loin. (if you can smoke it ) ...  try it  it is listed as all purpose rub .

We did one last week using one of the little packets of seasoning you get at the grocery store.  It was the Lemon Herb and Wine, and needed water, oil and vinegar.  I think it was an Adolph's brand.

We built up a good pile of coals, leaving 1/4 of the grill free of coals.  The loin was placed over the hottest portion, turning every so often to absolutely and positively sear the thing.  Excess marinade was brushed on each time the cover opened and the thing was turned.

Once it was nicely browned, the loin was moved to the area away from the coals, and it sat there while we downed some beverage and slobbered around eating beer sticks while the loin finished cooking.  This was done in your basic Weber kettle using Kingsford briquets.

I'll assume you've already eaten it by now, but...

Coat it generously with lemon juice then sprinkle greek seasoning on it (Cavenders can be found at the grocer, but if you have a Penzey's nearby, their spices are MUCH better) and grill it to medium rare.  Pure heaven.
