I don't know whats in that bird food but we're getting a variety of birds we've never had here in 14 years.  Is this a hawk?  Sorry but this was as close as I could get.

It looks like a hawk to me.  I see them all of the time around the cities perched on light poles along the highway.  I never remember seeing hawks 25 years ago when I was a kid.  Pretty cool.  Also, the wild turkeys are all over the metro.
