Drove by Bone Lake today in Washington county and the lake looked to be about 30% open.  Yesterday she was all locked up so quite a bit melted off last night.  I'm hoping the lake opens up by this weekend so I can get out and go after some crappies. :)

Hardly any ice left on many of the lakes here in S Central Mn or N Iowa. We have had temps above freezing for several weeks now and some considerable rainfall which has pretty much eliminated any ice on the lakes. Temps will stay in the mid to upper 50s here through week's end with rain predicted off and on through the weekend.

You're right MM, the weather the past two weeks has been unbelievable, causing the ice to melt so fast, I still can't believe how fast it happened though.

From the looks of the report it looks like everything is open south of the Twin Cities.

According to that image Mille Lacs still has ice on it except for the shorline.

Mille Lacs definately still has ice.  I was in Brainerd yesterday and drove past on 169.  There is even loose ice blown up onto the shore.  When we drove by I felt like it was actually still winter.  From what I could see only the shoreline doesn't have ice.  Fog was thick out over the lake so it was tough to see very far.

Lakes around the Brainerd area are open.
