Oh for this Sunday I plan to have cheese brats roasted over micro waves with fresh baked corn nuts and diet dew to wash it down.   :death2:  Not the best conditions here at the work shack.   ::violin:;

Hey Randy,
Just fired up the beast and trimmed and rubbed my spares for later today. Going to try something new and add some rhubarb to my bbq sauce for a raspberry, brandy, rhubarb glaze. Smoking in my gas assisted smoker with crabapple and hickory using the 3,2,1 method. I'll try and post some pics later.

 maybe  just maybe  i will do a shoulder  . i have not decided . i did alotof smoking last weekend. we went thru over 65 lbs  of brisket. i still have 30 lbs  smoked  in the freezer. maybe i wll do steaks  on the grill .  dependson the rain. eather way  i will be cooking. smoke on  and  it reallyfirgures  randy got the  500th post. !!  right on bro !

i mat just put the pork loin on the weber today, got some
garlic,rosemary,salt,pepper and paprika on this bad boy!
