Severe flooding-S MN
We have had severe rainfall here in southern MN this weekend, and as a result several areas are experiencing flooding issues in southeastern MN (Winona) and western WI (Richland Center and Gays Mills areas). I hope everyone is staying safe and being smart in these areas effected.
