Port-A-Pit Barbecued Chicken

This is a barbequed chicken franchise in Indiana which is often used for school fund raisers. The barbecued chicken is delicious. Anyone know the secret as to how to clone this chicken?

i have never had this chicken, anymore info on what
flavors. wings thighs drums?  sweet sauce.
i will do some checking on the name.

ok after much research i have found that the bbq
sauce recipe that i have  umm stolen from elsewhere
is much better than nelsons. the recipe is in the bbq
shack under cadilac jacks bbq sauce . now how they
do their chicken is a big problem to replicate....
smoked, broiled, deep fried, or baked  then sauced...
keep them cards and letters coming..
