fish are biting excellent right now on w battle lake im hereing alot of nice walleye are being caught on the nw side of the first boat launch where the first group of houses are , evening bite is real hot .
clitherall lake is doing really well for walleye too alot of crappies are being caught s of the big resort in the 21ft hole , right around the vikings painted ice house  :happy1: i can attest to that .
moan lake is producing some real nice jumbo perch right off the main road pretty much anywhere .
we did real good useing demon jigs tipped with spikes , alot of pannies are being caught with gulp baits , pink, whites .
ice is real good and roads are being maintained on most of the bigger lakes .
ottertail is also producing real nice walleye ,some even say the best bite they have seen in many years , stick to deeper water and change up your bait and drill multible holes to stay on top of fish ...
stop in the bar 1st beers on me :toast: and i have some really good gps cood i could share to put you on some good fishing .. :happy1: .. john

we should be up there in the next few weeks i have a buddy with a place on clitherall. we have been in your place quite a few times over the years. How is the bite on clitherall? And I will be taking you up on that first beer... :toast:

Thanks for the report John, i think it just talked me into coming your way and try for some of those hot eyes. I was doing excellent in Dec/Jan on them but now seem only to catch the 6-10 inchers. Whats a good night at your bar? Want to plan a fishing, beer drinking day with a few buddies.
