I'm not even gonna guess that one. I was wondering when someone would post a picture of that place. We drive by there dozens of times every year and i've never stopped and took pictures, next time I'll stop and let the kids check it out.

The picture of silver creek tunnel is south of  Silver bay and that is the view of it coming from Silver Bay, going to Two Harbors . I drive through it every couple of weeks .

The truck is parked Along the I-35 corridor on a hilltop over looking a large fiberglass bison...
should make it easier, if you get in the area we will call it good!
