The meal is in my hands this year as my wife works.  So it'll just be the 4 of us instead of the usual large family fanfare.

Ham (Bone-in of course, save it for soup)  ;)
Cheesey potato cassarole
Green bean cassarole
Dinner rolls
veggie tray
desert (to be determined later)

nothing too fancy-but extravagent by normal everyday meals ------> :spam:

Maybe we should've combined families-I got a ton of leftovers!  Oh well I believe I'm due to make some home made baked beans.  :chef:  They only take about 3 days to cook.   :whistling:  The thing I like about them is it lets me know who my TRUE friends are!  :rotflmao:

Did you have Oreo cookie desert too?

Ok...This is weird. All of those items were on our menu as well...... :reporter;

We had a few other things as well but that is all I took for my dinner at work tonight.

Ham, Cheesy potato dish, green bean thingy and a dinner roll. Maybe it is just a Mn thing!? ;)

Well think of it this way-if for some reason MNO decides to put on an Easter dinner...we all pretty much know what we're having!  ;D

If I could've had it, I would have added Pickled herring to my "veggie" tray!  But due to health reasons I can't eat it anymore-  :cry:

We had home made biscuits and gravy, cheesy hashbrowns, an egg dish (w/vegies,sausage ham etc.), a turkey, stuffing, and a ham...chips, salsa, fruit and veggies and lots of desserts!   :help: We had way way too much food as usual..but lots of left overs! YUM!
