New person promoted to MNO staff.
I am happy to annouce that Northerngal has been promoted from moderator to MNO staff.  She is constantly posting great information on MNO.  She is promoting MNO out on the internet.  She is always one of the first people to welcome new members.  She is just an all around positive person. 

Please help me welcome NG to MNO staff.
