at this point in time.. I would said it wouldn't be worth it. I haven't ventured out in the past 2 years.. the numbers just aren't there to make it worth the effort. you would have to go west of Aberdeen to make a good go of it. and yes. there is quite a bit of public land and it's usually 50\50 with farmers if they'll let you on their land.. stay away from opening weekend. just to much corn standing and too many people. and bring steel shot for public land..
