i finally couldnt stay away from the target range any longer. ;D i woke up early so i could go shoot for awhile. now i had to go get new arrows a shooting loop and the rubber covers to go on top of the rest at cabin fever yesterday. i was curious about the gold tips so i bought half a dozen gold tip exibitions(spelling). got to the range this morning and drew back and let the arrow fly. it was WAY LOW. almost didnt even hit the target. gave the sight some tweaking and after awhile i was putting them in a consitent group of i would say 3 inchs. i took a pic of the last group, the bow vibrates and is kind of noisy when it shoots. but it has just the basics on it. im going to cabin fever on friday to get all the vibration dampers and the leechs for the cables and a stabilzer. i forgot to mention this bow is absolutly the fastest bow i have shot. the manual says with the basics on it, it will shoot between 308 and 324 fps. shoulder is a little sore been awhile sense i pulled. ok im done with my rant :oops1: now the arrow on the way left i moved right when i shot and it went high and to the left.

Good shootin, Tex!!  Hey, get some string scilencers and limb savers.  Also check for any loose nuts/screws.  And just incase you didn't know, that's REAALLY good shooting.

Keep on keepin on.   :dancinred:

Marry an outdoors woman. Then if you throw her out into the yard on a cold night, she can still survive.

spent 154 dollars on the bow friday she was loud when i got there now you cant even tell your shooting. needed a new rest so i bought a whisker bisquit and i sure do like it. bought a new stabilizer some string leeches a new peep sight some other vibration control buttons you put on each limb and i also bought this thing called STS it mounts just underneath the handle and it stops the string after you release to help with vibration. sure was well worth it. and also got the sighted dialed in so im shooting tighter groups also. having trouble with my 40 yard pin but i am done messing with that pin because ill never use it anyways. 35 yards is as far as i will shoot.

The new cocktail waitress at The Lodge. This is why we can't ever get Big Slick to leave The Lodge to go fishing anymore. I hate to tell him she just got married.
