June 4th north of Duluth water was from 70 on the north end to 61 on the south end of a 500 acre lake. Water is cold and weed growth has been slow. More rain to add to the cold air and I don't see water warming up much in the next week up here.  :doah:

Most water I have been on in the past month the temp has been right around 75 but the other day I was fishing on a two small lakes north of two harbors and the water was 65 Way to early for the water to start cooling off, been a different kind of summer for sure..
