Open the file with the program "paint", Choose the option, stretch and skew, reduce by 50 percent both ways... save it, then you can post it.

The antlers sure look big for the body. Must have some good minerals in that area. Where abouts was he shot?

I also thougt it was strange to bring the deer up by the house without gutting it out first.

Something just doesn't look right there. That deer has the body of a 2.5 year old, but that is definitly not a rack from a 2.5 year old deer from your part of the state. That deer either has some illness or that rack is fake. JMO.

Interesting... It looks like a pen deer. If you go to a whitetail farm you'll see these small 1.5 and 2.5 year old deer with head gear that is just to big for their bodies. It looks odd. A deer running the rut will really slim down especially in the hind quarters but their body won't shrink. Congrats to your buddy and I hate to be a skeptic but I am  ;)

Anytime someone shoots a big deer and there is any question there will always be skeptics and opinions. I have some friends that have shot some giants and the amoungt of crap they have to deal with is amazing. Rumor mill starts going.

Hope its real and if so congrats to him on a spectacular buck!

looks real to me, just looks really unhealthy, real skinny(notice the blue tag on its hind leg mn tag) i wanna say its a great trophy and more than likey was a wild deer(hence the tag on the back leg)

great job to your buddy!

so in that pic is that the buddy or who shot it? i mean i do have to question who would rather have there friend hold there Giant buck than instead of them holding it. not a chance would i be letting my friends get there picture with it instead of my own...

Indeed, it looks small to me, but hey, if those are just antlers place on another deer, those antlers had to have come from somewhere - so it was shot at one time or another.

Definitely a trophy!   :deer:  A nice set of antlers.  Some of those metro deer have some weird stuff going on with them, so it definitely plausable, small body with a big rack.
(Ive seen the same thing with some women.....  :doah:)

If you click and zome in on the pick the bases of the antler do look a bit odd looks like the hair is laid down more then grown around the bases. I aint saying it aint real but looks odd

The face looks pretty old in the 2nd picture.  Over mature metro buck?
-- I would have to second that It wouldnt have survived the winter, unless it had a utopia with unlimited food to keep it going.  Great timing for the harvest.
