     Sounds good Upland.  Tell your dad to get his gear together.  We are going to need his help.  We will be going out of BJ's at the NW part of the lake.  It looks like we will be fishing the North side of Bungalow island.  1 week to go.   Keep us posted.

So my plans to get out yesterday were compromised by the lack of good fishing reports. Talked to acouple buddies and they said before last weekend they were having luck everynight until that cold front moved in and since then nothing has been biting. Even with the decently warm weather we had most the week.

One thing though - he recently had a sex change operation and he's kind of sensitive about it. So please, what ever you do, don't ask him how the the sex change is working out.

   Back to business.       We will meet at BJs bait on the north west side of the lake at 10 am.  There is a  charge to use the plowed road.  I will check on Wed. to make sure the road is open and find out the charge.  Last time I checked it was 4 $.  If anybody would rather take the public accesses and meet up on the lake I am putting up the lake map to show where I would like to go.  I have never been there but this looks like a good area to blanket.  For all I know there could be a thousand perms out there but with this season of snow I think we should be alright.  Upland if you get a chance let me know how pressured this area is.  Let's hope the weather at least allows us to get there.  Check in Friday night to see if any plans change due to  a blizzard.  Hope we can team up and kick a little butt.   The north west side of the lake is the left side of these maps.  We do not want to take vehicles anywhere near the narrows on either side of the island.  If you get to close your car will drop faster than Clint Eastwood's career once he had to talk in movies.

check ice conditions also. i know its suppose to be pretty nice on saturday, they were saying a high of 28 or something like that. im real sketchy about driving on the ice, so if theres 18+ of ice it helps calm the nerves a bit. let me know. thanks

    Will do.  I don't think that will be a problem but that is why I am paying the 4$ and going on the plowed roads.   (I still keep the window down and the door ajar always).

No need to worry the ice is as thick as John Wayne's belly on most lakes.

Cody you better just hope DDS doesn't try to show you how to drill a hole in the ice.  He did show these 2 how it was done.  Probably teamed up with Lee in the demonstration he gave.
