it's been fun watching you all  over 2st place Corny13 as fall to 6 place from 1st and Fawkinnae, team was in 3 place now fallen to 5 place And Sissy-boy was in 2 place and as fallen to 3place  But one thing you can count on The Avengers in 1st place 

I all so notes that there are 5 teams that are 4" on  for 1st so which one will challenge The Avengers first  Bring it on,

     The Borgersens must have extended their vacation.  Either that or went into hiding.  It would be sad to fish that much and not be able to drop the Lesion of Gloom down a notch or two.  Especially in a year where Greatdroppeddrawers has nothing.

                      The good news and the bad news.

 Borgie and I are back in town since Friday because we only fished till Wednesday and left early. My computer crashed the night before we left for Ely. Now I just had the computer nerd pick up my computer at noon today. Don't know when I'll get it back .

For once greatoutdoors was correct when he stated that reports from Basswod were that the fishing was tuff sledding. He also forgot to mention that Lee and Borgie were tuff. Hot days sunny skies and flat waters are not a recipe for productive fishing. But, when the fishing gets tuff the tuff fish harder.

I'm on my son's computer for now and hope to get mine back in one piece by Monday. I'd like to post Lee's 2012 Boundary Waters Adventures this year since I missed last years report for the first time.

This is the perfect spot to keep us within striking distance. No pressure for us like on the top 4 teams. This race reminds me of the of the tourtous and the hare and so far your boys have been at at a stand still for some time. It's time to stop beating your chest and start looking for some quality fish or yous' boys are toast.

Don't take my opinion to hard . After all, there's no shame in finishing in 4th place for you guys.

You of all on here should know I am fearless and it's no fun taking the lead from yourself   Right now and this hold challenge I see no   for first place!!   It's all been blow us

    "Team  Avengers" has had only one goal for this summer.  We will break 90".  If we should happen to meet any other teams on the road to 90 then the  will start.  I hope some other teams shoot for the same goal.  It takes 3 trophy fish  to win.  We have one.  Kenny's team has one.  The 2nd place team has one.  All the other  does not matter.  Although another Borgie beat down on GO would be a  .   Several teams are sending representatives to Stokes Bay on the East side of Rainy Lake.  One young man will representing the Two and 1/2 Men team.  Even the Avengers will be hoping he shows all the old men up.  The road to 90" is not for everyone.   The 2012 challenge is about to get interesting.     I just hurt my wrist. -(Just Kidding).

  It's been a year now so I can't remember.  Does GO's bean have a thunk or a ping sound?  I may have to wait a week to find out.   Either way it's the sweetest music in Ely.  If we could get GO to put some of those fly strips on his noggin Borgie could at least take out a few other pests at the same time.  Na, it won't work.  We would have to call in professionals just to pull him out from under the deck.

It's now 2:25am and I had to get up to take a wiz. As I flushed the bowl and saw the water swirl and then go down the drain with a glug glug glug sound I thought of Willy and the boys. It could be any day now when you guys get the tidy bowl man treatment.

Stay tuned ladies and gents. This thing could get real interesting!

As far as G.O. goes it seems that he's becoming a nonfactor. Borgie was looking for you with bat in hand while in Ely. When we asked folks how we could find greatoutdoors, they replied "oh you mean the invisable man"

The guys in the store told me you stopped in. 
They also said there was some woman you called Borgie ducking down in the car, trembling, while asking you, "is he in there?"
When you said "no," she got out of the car and strutted around the parking lot!
After a few seconds of doing this, she jumped back in, yelled "Lee, let's get the hell out of here before Mr. Maki comes back and catches us!"
You then burned out of the lot, laying about 200 feet of rubber, while wiping the sweat off your brow!

My plan has been set in motion.I will be chasing  a pike over 40 inches the rest of the season. I have a huge advantage as i live on the lake of the 40 inch pike. The key is putting in the time . Stay tuned boys and girls thers plenty of fishing left. Team looking for bass
