Off the top of my head here's the recipe....

4 lbs of pike fillets and cut dem into 1 to 1 1/2 chunks.
You mix 10 to 12 cups of water with 2 cups of pickling salt.
Put da chunks in the salt water fer 24 to 36 hours in da fridge. (mixing it several times during)
Den ya take um out of da salt water and rinse well.
Den ya put dem in da vinegar for 48 hours (mixing several times)
Den ya drain dem off, saving da vinegar.
Measure out what cha got, so ya can put wit it half as much sugar in a pot. (10 cups vinegar to 5 cups sugar) Trow in yar pickl'in spice and boil fer 5 minutes.
Let dat come back down to room tempurature.
Put some oinions in da jars (sliced in rings), den some fish, den some onions, den some fish, den some onions...etc...till da jar is full...
Den ya put da sauce in da jar, filled to da top...and seal
Da recipe says to wait fer 10 to 14 days before ya can eat um...but, who can wait dat long eh?  :rotflmao:

I got this here recipe from Sven and Ole...can ya tell?  :happy1:
