As for me, I've been holding out on some bad news. After my son transferred my fish photos to my computer I found that my biggest walleye shot was not included. It was a bit over the 29" mark........!
After he loaded the photos to my computer at home it didn't show up.
Sorry to let my team down..........!
This will be the first year that I've been unable to post a giant walleye in the competition.

Yeah, dog ate my homework, camera goofed up, don't want to admit I really can't fish, yadda, yadda, yadda!!!

What more could I expect from a combatant such as yourself. All this rhetoric after a few posts back I so gallantly defended you in front of the entire MNO crew. That's what I get from a guy that can't even catch a decent smallmouth year after year. You best crawl back under the porch and cough up some of that OL coal mine dust. Don't forget to put your miners helmet on while digging under the porch. You know, the helmet with the candle on the front from back in the day when you were young.

I may feel shameful but it can't be nearly as bad as being a Bears fan. Don't you worry about me, I'm still out there working it. With lows in the thirties and highs in the fifties this week the fish have got to get going soon.

Went out friday for a couple hours a nice limit of 17-22" Walleye and two northerns biggest 30".  Hoping to get out again this week some day....The Giants keep alluding me..    Sure taste great though!

  I fished the lake of no fish for 3 days.  This last weekend.  Lake might be turning over.    The fish seem to have lockjaw.  Right down to the pesky perch and rockbass.       I pulled the boat yesterday and hope to go somewhere Halloween weekend for a hail Mary  attempt to upgrade our score.

   Last week of the contest.  Many of you have put your rods away for the year and hit the lazy boy with your copies of Women's Journal and warm cup of hot chocolate.  While you are reading about knitting tips the BassTards will be making a final push to shake up the standings.  We will have the lakes to ourselves as we make our way to the top of the leader board.  The contest ends Nov.1st at midnight.

Weak response my good friend. Do you realize what you've just said? I'll offer to pay your $5.00 sign up fee next year just to keep you aboard. That's the least I can do to keep you in the competition. After all the money you sent me from wagers. The $5.00 would be my pleasure.

Big FAIL here. After dumping my earlier pictures I wasn't able to come through on the second half of the season. Pulled the boat out last Thursday because the lake level has dropped enough it was becoming difficult to get the boat off of the lift. Hate to disappoint my team mates. For that reason I will not be doing item #6 on Lee's list for the wall of shame for next years summer challenge.
