Here is my go to grilling method when too cold and windy outside or I am just in a lazy mood.  Bought it 20 years ago and is kind of fun to use.  Electric element.  Use under the exhaust hood and it is fine.  Actually doesn't smoke that much.  The wife dropped it 2 years ago so found another porcelain part on Ebay.  The new one had cracks in it so am careful with it.  Kind of looking for another one for the porcelain part....

By golly, look what I found....!!  :bonk:

mornin'! So far so good. Had a fun evening partying with the kindly neighbors along with a Swede and a Norwegian. Went to Torrey's in Owatonna and best of all Mrs. Cheviot had a gift cert that covered our evening. Went back to the Swede's place for Christmas goodies. Was great to catch up on all the local dirt and trash along with having a few libations.

Another day wondering what the hell MNSure is up to after sending them all their requested stuff for the SHOP program in an expeditious manner. Sand is almost out of the hourglass and still no word from those clowns. Call them? Try sit on hold for over 3 hours at a time. Been there, done that already several times. Thanks Obama for helping to piss away weeks of valuable time, keeping me in suspense about a crummy, expensive, healthcare plan that covers basically nothing unless perhaps I get ebola or the plague, yet I still have no answer as to whether I have any coverage or not. Luckily I am already well protected against malaria and scurvy!

And people wonder why I drinks a bit!

Doc wants to put me on new insulin drug, need to find out the co-pay. Doc has no idea, pharmacy can't tell me, "You need to call the MAYO drug insurance you have".....THEY can't tell, said it "varies way too much on Insulin prices"....WTF???!! So, I have no idea if I can afford it. What a f***n screwed up mess!!! You can't even get the meds you have to have!!!! :banghead:

Plunking away here at work. Gonna leave early to meet jr on the lake for some R&R

Stopped after work yesterday at Cub. Picked up 8 lobster tails, 10 cobs of sweet corn, 4 bags of baby red & white tators (small steamer bags) 2 lemons and 2 big white onions.
So, I'm ready for New Years!

Have a great day boys!

I have two big lobster tails that we plan on doing on the grill if the weather permits.  The corn is a good idea HD.  We are trying to think of a couple of good sides to have with our lobster.  Maybe a good ol salad..  Looks like we could get 3-5" of snow later today and tonight.  We don't need that.  The ice is getting good on the lake and hate to see more snow mess it up.  Man those guys on the ice work their tails off.  A lot of people that come up don't realize that.  Everyday they are out there.    Man I am looking forward to the weekend.  Even though it was only a 4 day week it seems like it was longer.  TGIF and see ya later..

I dont have any Lobstertails.. yes it sucks, Man a crab pot with those lobster tails wouyld be awsome!!  Think I found the cure to my back ailment, after years of siding would stove and wireing and such, basically doing about a 200 squats aday, my hamstrings are tighter than a piano wire, pulling my self outa alignment and wreaking havok with muscle groups, which ive injured already over the years. last night I stretched for a half hour and massaged my hamstrings, I slept the entire night with out pain or discomferet, thats my newyears resolution. stretching every morning and night might even try Yoga, or boarga!

LPS, how about a # of crab legs and a dozen scallops for the sides. That would be a fantasy dinner for me! Along with a pound of butter, God's Gravy.

Dang right hawg. Morning people, mile and a half walk in, it was still not quite light out so I thru on the reflective colors on. Most cars slow down and move over for us but the ones that don't are almost always women...go figure.  Well breakfast all wrapped up probably run around town for a few things then maybe let the babes run their fingers through my hair while cutting it lol. Thinking it's a good day to chop up some wood and stock up the basement for the weekend..Later fellas!

Mmmmmm scallops & butter. Right up there with King Crab legs & lobster in my book. Nothin big really planned here for New Years. Might go out for a bit in the afternoon but we're usually back home by 7 or so. We've got 19 now & no snow predicted for here today. Freezing rain for Monday though. Enjoy the day, everybody.
