Morning Fellers. 25 to start the day here. Guessing we got a fresh 2-3" of snow. Might have a little fish house banking now. Sounds like a little cool down is coming. that is good need more ice on the lake. I measured 20" thick on Saturday. Not much new happening here. have a good day.

33* and dark yet here. Hit almost 40* yday. Looks like it will today. Didn't get that truck washes; roads were all sloppy. Haveta give it a try today and see how far we get. Well, last day before the knife, smurfy!!!!  Best keep busy to keep yer mind off of it. It'll be a piece of cake. After three major spinal surgeries, I think I can say that!    Just take it easy and give it time when ya get home! Any extra stress on it, like lifting a gallon of milk, standing there brushing yer teeth, can be too much...don't do it! gotta take it easy!  Well, time for some more cawfee, enjoy the day, guys.

Mornin guys. Almost sounds like we're neighbors JB as it's the same here. 25 now & we had about 2-3" yesterday when we went out to move it around 1:30-2. A dusting again towards dark & overnight, the way it looks. Nothin new or exciting going on here either. Have a good 1

Well into the afternoon now but it was end of the month, copy deadline day and best of all we have internet at the ranch again day! Opted for the 6M download 1M upload speed so we have a little more wiggle room than before. They'll turn the speed down but before the guy left it was still running at 20M download and 10 M upload so it about made smoke come out of the screen on my old confuser. Making headway in the lambing barn too. Working our way towards the halfway point. 4 more to go and we'll be there. A little warmer today than expected with some broken clouds and sun; 36 for a high. On January 31st, we'll take it.

Good morning all, and the word for today is Stupefaction.   [stoo-puh-fak-shuh n, styoo-]1.the state of being stupefied; stupor. 2. overwhelming amazement. "I looked at the alarm clock in stupefaction".  Which I did a bit ago, wondering why the hey I was awake and getting up at 4:30 AM. Us retired dudes are supposed to languish in bed late (Ha!) 30* out and dark yet...I may get to that carwash yet. Got sidetracked again yday. Hoping our little blue buddy's day and surgery goes well for him, which I'm sure it will. Good luck, Glenn! We're rootin' for ya!  Speaking of, let's use today's word in a sentence: "The nurse looked at the little fella in Stupefaction, when he said he wanted a bowl of Smurfberry Crunch for dinner".....   Have a good one, guys.

Mornin guys, -2 last time I looked. -25 WC overnight. It sounds like we must've got more snow than I thought on Monday. Most of the reports I heard said it was more like 6" for this area. We need a few supplies so headin for GR today, too cold out to do much outdoors anyway. 57 should be at the hospital by now, hope all goes well. Hope you all have a great day.

Good luck glenn! Hope the nurses leave you alone so you can get some rest. Mornin' everone. Temp has been falling so far. Was 23 a couple hours ago. Down to 19 now. We seldom have bragging rights for the coldest temperatures but we are usually in the hunt when it comes to wind. NW wind 15 mph with gusts up to 28. Lambing progress continues. Another buck lamb this a.m. with another ewe acting broody during chores. I like the little trivia calendar some friends gave me for Christmas. Today's trivia was: Tigers use their whiskers to determine if their prey is dead. I thought to myself, hey, I dated some girls like that! sleazy-422.gif
