First time cutting the grass today for me.  Working on skimming my walls and was doing well until I ran into some walls that still had glue pieces on it that I didn't get.  So now I've got to take care of that as well.  But Thursday am early I'm heading up to Duluth again at my brothers house.  We are going up the North Shore again all the way up to Grand Marias.  Fish the rivers north from there and spending the night there then fishing on the way back Friday the streams south from there here and there.  I've made up my mind to fish more this year.  good luck.

That's my plan for next weekend...I'll be standing in a river....
That's why I'm trying to get this other stuff out of the way.

Morning boys.  A nice day here in paradise.  Went for a boat ride last night and saw a couple of guys with a big sturgy on near my place.  I went over to them and found out I knew them.  They gave me their cell phone and I took pics of the struggle and the fish.  I didn't even think of taking a pic with my own phone.      It was a 67" one.  They had a hard time getting it in the boat and up for a pic but got it done alright.  FUN!!  I have been asked to bring my potato salad to my brothers 60th this weekend.  I do make a mean batch.  Lots of mayo and eggs.  Will put more radishes in it since my brother likes that.  Looks like a good chance of rain here today.  See ya all later.

About 30% of the corn in down here, & 20% in the last week, according to the radio. Morning all, 38 to start our day. Finally seen the sun & got thru a day without any rain yesterday. Might go down to Waterloo today, otherwise not much going on. Hope you have a good 1

39 here at choretime. Sunshine on tap for today. In a holding pattern until fields dry another day or so. My guess is there will be some pushing the panic button already tomorrow when fields are still marginal, in hopes of gaining a day so they can plant Friday. Tile covers a lot of sins but those indiscretions have a habit of coming back to haunt. Patience, grasshopper.

Hilly and super windie with mirrors on the corners to see if anyone is coming the otter way. Speed limit signs  dont mean anything. Seafood galore, but I'm hankering a big fat ribeye on the weber soon. Gotta run, see ya!

Was thinking about the weather too Boar.  I bet you guys are loving it.  Had a sprinkle yesterday but didn't add to much.  Someone told me they got hailed on some in Warroad in the afternoon.  Got my new flashlight yesterday and my gallon of Slime.  That will be nice to be done filling tires with air.  Gonna be another great day today!

Gots 41 to start. 2 days in a row with sunshine  Appears to be a chance of some rain for late Monday for us & 60-70*. Not 1 tractor in the field on our drive to Waterloo & back yesterday. It won't be long though as all the ag service companies are starting to roll. Going to change oil on the car today, other than that not much new. Have a good 1

44 degrees at choretime. Rocketing into the mid-60's today with a light breeze and lots of sunshine. Fields remain pretty damp yet. Looks dry on top from the road but walk out in it and it's usually a different story. A few guys pushing the envelope as expected. Most people wait a couple days after those guys start before getting cranked up. Forecast good thru Tuesday afternoon. Lots of seed being delivered so when it's fit, they can hammer a lot in the ground in a hurry.

WE got great weather here!
 I do have a rant!! Frontier my internet connection went down Monday eveing,Tues The tech showed and cant get my speed up to 1.28Mbts download speed and 0.67Mbps upload speed.Problems with them always! their installing fiber optics and wont install the needed new ports to get our area up to the speeds listed!! which are really slow.They say just wait till we get to yer house then you'll have better speed???WOW I'm at dialup speeds now download of 0.62Mbts an upload at 0.11Mbts.Looks like the page of MNO loading takes minutes and clicking on a subject takes longer I'll be down untill something happens!
A tech was here 3 hours yesterday and got me to dialup speed ,now I'm waiting for another tech that was supose to show this morn nearly 2 PM and a noshow
