Thanks guys, heck of a price i think at 329.00 got a 40 year protection plan for another 40 bucks. ecited to be able to broden my smoking horizon. Controlling temps has always benna fa ctor for me. im looking at whole chickens, Ive got the first adventure lokced way for a surprise. I reveal soon. very pumped up! looking at C-bacon soon, roasts, ribs ect ect ect.. cant wait.!! I could do all these in my upright but the large space an fluctuating temps of a propane makes it hard to be consistant.

Thanks a lot.  Another thing for me to have to catch up with you on now.  Actually as you know I really like my pellet grill/smoker but I have to admit I have admired those MB smokers.  I think that is the one I would get if I was to buy one.  Well let us know how you like it.  Sure looks like the easy way to get some nice smoming done. 

It is 28 here and no wind yet.  The ground is white alongside our buildings.   That's cuz it looked like a BLIZZARD here last night.  We actually couldn't see the river from our windows it was snowing so hard at times.  The wind is supposed to be in the 20's and gusting to 36 today.  So may be a good day to just get some things done in the house and shop.  I have a batch of Auto Jiggers started so may just finish them.   I see lots of boats showed up in town yesterday.  I hope everyone stays safe.  We have had 3 drownings in the last month on the river.  Unreal.

Also a good day to cook something.  At the local meat sale the other day I picked up a nice Hormel corned beef.  I think I will cook that today.  First meal will be with some cabbage, carrotts, and onions.  The second meal will be ruebens till it runs out.  We love them.  At $2.99 lb I should have picked up a few more of them.  Darn.  AND I have to find time to grill a ribeye since I have a bunch of them to eat now.     It's a tough job but someone has to do it.  I've never made homemade hot dogs before so may have to check out RH's site and do some research on that.  He has created monsters out of some of us on the sausage front.   And that is a good thing. 

The wife slept in the camper last night with Buddy the dog.  Kind of nice to have the whole bed to ourselves sometimes.  She said a cat kept waking her up.  So we went for a walk around this morning and the wind vane on the barn squeeked when it turned.  lol   I better lube that up cuz it is my night to sleep in the camper tonight and I don't want the "cat" to wake me up.   

Well have a good day all of you.  I think I will have another cup and darn you Boar, I am going to look at MB smokers online.  You sure are a bad influence but in a good way.
