for what ever reason my computer self download a new windows program, pain in the arse, but now ive had to reset everything, passwords ect. but those emoji's we use wont respond anyone know??

Last fall I bought a new PC using Windows 10.  I have not been able to use the emoji's since.

I bought a new I phone for the new job 2 months ago and can't get tiny pics or the attachment button to down load photos to work anymore either says my JPEG won't format.

 I,m on a win 10 machine and have the emojis.This is a self download of 10 from win 8.1.My other win 7 machine went belly up when win 10 and Microsoft did a up grade to 10 without me asking just started installing win 10 one day and ruined the puter!!!!
 WELL I was wrong I can see emojis but cant use em! I normally am using a old dell mini9 running winXP that works fine

I use windows 10, with a firefox Internet browser and have no issues at all. What browser do you have? Internet Explorer has a ton of issues that I cannot resolve. Most are in the compatability settings that come with the browser.

Corny, my Ipad takes pictures in a format that isn't used here.  So I downloaded an app I believed call converter.  So the process with apple is take a pic, open the converter app which takes you to your photo gallery, tap picture, change to gif format, save.  Then post just like normal with the add attachment.  The whole process for converting the pic takes about 10 seconds.  It takes longer for the converter app to open then it does to change the picture format.  I can look later for the exact name of the free app later tonight if you need me to.

you should be able to edit a jpeg.picc. to jpg picc on ur.phone just using the edit and ccrop options in the gallery

you are talking about a dumb android which tries to make things easy.  This is a dumb apple and they don't like to make things easy.  Maybe it's just this dumb operator?
