Great video HD.  Haven't had a chance to go to lakes like this but my experience with brookies were mostly with small streams in the Arrowhead area of Minnesota.  I do have a 4 pounder mounted that I caught in Topper Lake on hard water. I'm the guy in the orange hat.  Back in the 80's.  Just a panfish jig and a waxie.  other than that I use just worms in the small streams that flow in the North Shore.   I hold the brookie that was mounted in this pic.  For some reason that day I caught all the brookies that are in the pic.  Fished in 3 feet of water.  good luck.
