I put a rub on a 3.5 lb chicken in the air fryer with some taters. Chicken took 35 minutes and the taters was 15 minutes.
Skin is nice and crispy and the meat is moist

Yes the chicken was really moist, it was pretty comparable to the grocery store rotisserie chickens that you can buy. For the potatoes I just brushed a little olive oil and put some sea salt then cooked at 390 for 15 minutes. The inside was like a baked potato and the skin was crispy, they were the little red,yellow and purple taters

thanks for the info, haven't tried the taters yet, but sure will.. when I smoked the taters I'd rub them with butter flavored crisco, they are good too!!

Lobster tails under the broiler and scallops fried in the pan...(late valentines dinner) with a side salad and garlic potatoes.
