Spaghetti with sliced Italian sausage, sauteed onions and mushrooms, garlic, and spices.  Lots of parmesan/romano on top.  Del I again threw the pasta at the wall.  2 minutes earlier it stuck for 2 seconds and fell off.  When it sticks you know it is perfect.  And this time I did wash the wall since I know it irritated you Del.   :happy1:

Why would you think you having sticky walls would bother me?

Sort of a silly way to test, but whatever.

It is the easiest and fastest way to know when it is perfect.  A buddy showed it to me 30 or more years ago.  Otherwise I way overcooked my pasta every time.  Quite awhile ago I posted this.  May have even been on Site X.  You said you didn't want to get your walls sticky or something like that.  I enjoyed your response and thought it was humorous so always think of you when I throw pasta at the wall.

Eating good today.

Seven layer salad, chicken casserole, and fresh apple pie.
Ok, the pie didn't make it to dinner in one piece....

Yum is right Hd.  Nuttin special here, batching it tonight,  been chewing on leftover smoked ham since Saturday.  3 egg omelet with the last of the ham, sausage, bacon and beer.  One sure can wolf down breakfast in the evening that's fore sure, then wash it down with a beer or two....gotta love it!!

Looks great Bobber.  I love breakfast anytime of day.  Hump day.  Rain again yesterday.  Think it is going to dry up a little now.  Man the farmers don't need more rain.  It is a mud hole up here.  I meant to put this on the Good morning thread.  OOPs...
