Sounds good Mike.  We had some hash topped with 2 easy over eggs.  Now I am raring to go cut some more branches so the wife can have a fire.

while at Aldi's the other day they had Spanakopita on sale, it's a greek recipe with spinach and cheese in a phyllo pastry..  baked some up for lunch today and it was good...  but I like spinach pie too!!!

It does look good.  BUT, we had a wrap from a new place here in town a few weeks ago.  It had feta on it which I have never had a problem with but there was a lot of it and it was so strong neither of us could eat the wrap.  I bet after it is cooked it blends in with the other stuff.

We do alotta homemade stroganoff as well, usually steak chunks and shrooms.  Tonight tho it was easy peasy 2 egg omeletos,  paired with bacon, sausage and hash browns.  Gotta wash it down with something not so filling!!  :happy1:

And I always thought that water and hot grease wasn't a good combo.

Uh, you put the water in the cold pan, so the bacon boils for a few minutes at the beginning.

ok most of you could know this already, but I just heard it yesterday...  place a cob of sweet corn in the micro wave for 4 minutes, cut off the stalk end and the cob slides right out of the husk!!  silk too...  just had it with my burger for lunch!!!
