That looks awesome.  A buddy gave me a bottle of homemade chokecherry sauce so I put that on ice cream.  I am thinking of opening up a can of SPAM.  It has been a few months but I am getting the urge.  A few slices for breakfast with eggs and toast.    Maybe a sandwich with cheese for lunch.

I reckon y'all know that Hawaii has long been a major market for Spam, what with their limited space to raise meat locally.

Every 5 or 10 years I buy a can and dice it up with some egg/potato/onion/pepper hash.  I don't know why I don't do that more often.  It is really good.

BK over on IDO has a good recipe for spam. ya mush it up, not sure what other ingredients you add, i do have it somewhere then spread it on a bun and put it under the oven broiler........

Now all you have to do is dip 'em in batter, deep fry 'em, stick 'em on a stick and you have a State Fair winner.   

Then all you have to do is figure out how to crank out 200 / hour.

I have a nice 3 lb meatloaf ready to throw in the oven.  Some of our red onions chopped up in it and the other good stuff.  I also put a big wad of mozzarella cheese in it.  Was the only cheese we had so emptied the rest of a big bag of it into the loaf. Should take about 1 hr and 20 minutes at 350.  Will put the ketchup, brown sugar glaze on before it is done.

putting together an egg bake for breakfast tomorrow..  using italian sausage for the meat this time...  eggs, hash browns, onions, colored peppers and habanero cheese!!!
