Mesquite smoked turkey breast and bacon wraps
brined this little turkey breast for 4 hours this morning, grilled it with mesquite wood for 3 hours. grilled up some bacon and built the wraps with lettuce, tomato, avacado and provolone cheese.

Topped with chili, jack cheese, onions, mustturd.....and yea....some katsup...

But what Cherrywood has.....looks way better!

 Real short story>>First time in the desert we made a fire to burn some ribeyes,MMMM wit mesquite wood didnt know some was creasol bush/wood.Take it from there!! we ate a can a beans!
