BOAR SCORES!!
OH YES INDEEDY, MISSED A Chance on this one monday night as i was home making super and mowing the lawn. tuesday i couldnt hunt, and again she showed at 430 then 730 or so so lastnight i quietly snuck insto stand, sprayed some liquid smoke, to enhance her appetite, and she strolled in at about 645. she enterd thru some brush, the wind was perfect, I stood up as she was behind the brush scent checking the liquid smoke, she came out from the brush, broad side perfect, i was about to draw but turned and looked right at me, then turned and whent to the bait. I drew as she settled in, she reach a paw for the barrel..thup, SWHACK!
i QUIETLY GOT DOWN, WENT TO THE TRUCK CALLED FOR HELP from abuddy, came back in an hour, track her 50 yards from the barrel, Put the scale on her wen we got back to town and hit the 300 lb mark right on the nut! This is my 2nd archery kill, and my 2nd bear kill with a bow.  Pretty jacked up!!
