So I am sitting here scrolling through the threads here and just was looking at HD's bowhunting pics and a big proud looking coyote just ran right through our yard.  The dogs were in the house and started barking too.  He ran through our woods and towards the neighbors.  Broad daylight.  Huh!!  What's up with that....

You better put a nix to that...if there's one, there's more.
When we gun hunt for deer, we make sure if we see one...it goes down.

I hear yotes every night on a WPA across the road,Last spring they started commin through the yard.I set the 2 game cams I have an captured them,Called a CO to see if I can trap em.He said no I shouldent to close to areas with pets.He said shoot em.I asked aboul snares cause they dont come every night an when they do its between midnight and 4 AM.I had to sit in a garden shed 3 nights in a row to shoot 2 that showed at the same time!! Still think this winter if I see tracks some snares will go up!!
LPS if you have no neighbors with pets set some wire snares cheep easy and work great when bait is used!!

Ya he was big and healthy looking.  He was about 40 yards from the house in the mowed yard.  At 10 am.  That is an issue isn't it?   I will have the Remington 22 pump sitting by the window.  Beautiful gun.  I love it.  3-9 scope on it too.

I'm afraid to set snares due to Buddy can run like the wind.  He is very mannerly but can get a ways away quickly.  On the other hand Big Sammy does a maybe 30 yard sprint and he is done for.   lol  May have to shoot them.
