Know a few that are picking the wild asparagus that grows in the ditches down here. One guy told me he picked 3 lb's last Friday.

Planted my tomatoes and peppers over the last couple days. Also have peas, radishes, set onions, kale, beets and lettuce in the ground. Very possible that I will have to cover the maters and peppers some night in the future but I got tired of babysitting those potted plants so in the ground they went. I said potted plants reb not pot plants.

Thinned my radishes.
Cut some lettuce. Gonna be tasty with cream and vinegar and onions.
Along with some venison......maybe some asparagus
A complete meal harvested from home! The first of many for the summer!

Pretty simple. Cut up some onions. Mix some apple cider vinigar with about a cup of heavy whipping cream. I don't measure, just do it to taste. Mix altogether with your lettuce. Little salt and pepper.
Man it was fantastic! Been craving it since January!!!!

👍You bet Mike! Little small yet but it won't be long. With these German Giants once they get big one radish will make a sandwich! They get huge but not woody. Love them!
