I bought a "throw and grow" product from Antler King.....and I'm not impressed.
Most of what is growing, is lambs quarters....not the rye grass, wheat grass or brassica's that were posted on the lable. The pH was tested, the proper lime and fertilizer was applied to grow the product... just got nuth'in what was proposed.

Needless to say... you get what you pay for.....be careful what you purchase....

What did it list for inert or non-growth stuff and percentage of weed seeds? Required to have that label on each pkg, HD...

Dang. That sucks. I've seen far too much of that in those type of products. Ya use it; it's gone. Can't return it. Can't even prove it's their mess. Just like that Hydro Mousse spray lawn seed garbage they advertise on TV. Biggest scam going. Good thing with weeds is that they're an annual.

Haven't planted yet.  Plan to spray next week and plant brassicas.

I have some brassica seed left from last year.  I have an area that I just mowed by my clover.  Would any brassicas grow if I just went out and threw seeds on the area that I mowed??  Maybe pull a drag over it to drop the seed???

I usually get a good growth this way. Just spray vegetation killer and broad cast the brassicas.

I sprayed on Tuesday and plan to plant tomorrow.  I mowed the plots a couple weeks ago and plan to plant and mow again.  It's a little late but time sure goes by when your having fun.
