We are filling the car and heading for Christmas in the cities with kids and grandkids.   I'm bringing rib roast and mashed potatoes.   The rest is up to them.

Merry Christmas to all, it's my year to cook and I have to work tomorrow at the shop so today is getting everything ready. Menu is buffalo chicken dip, sweet pea dip, refried bean dip, kielbasa in maple syrup, seafood bisque, chips, cookies and for the main course.... city chicken,  garlic mashed red potatoes and creamed peas. Y'all have a safe and happy Christmas

Merry Christmas to all!  The Major ( USMC) his wife ( my daughter) and two grandsons have gotten to MPLS airport from Okinawa waiting 4 hrs to catch next plane to Nodak.  Im all ready and the temp is dropping so hope to get them out ice fishing  some coyote hunting and possible last week of bow season for the Major.  Going to be a big shock its 80F in Okinawa Japan yesterday when they left.      Santa's bringing a Polaris 120 cc for the boys finally found a nice used one this week..   Happy they are home and further away from Korea...

Merry Christmas to all.  Friends from out of town are stopping over at noon for a few hours.  Later today my three kids and their kids come for supper and later gifts.  Great fun watching the grandkids open presents.

Just sitting here thinking how lucky I am to have a place like this to visit across the wavelength.  This is a really good place to hang out.  I'm really looking forward to meeting more of our brotherhood here in the days to come.  Hoping we can have some fishing outings as a group this summer.  I was hoping to make the ice fishing shindig, but finances dictate otherwise.
