Boy, you guys have some funky named places up dere.... :rotflmao:

It is by Glenns cabin.  Does that help?  Wirt is just a small hamlet with a closed store and a few houses.

Oh, Wirt by the squirt?   :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Just a couple....One I took down in bluff country by Lanesboro...replete with their own cemetery. Neat old church. Original built in 1869; bell purchased in 1882 and still used today. Beautiful stained glass windows. Still holds weekly services.

Just north of Wirt, mike, Noma Campground. Did you go see The Lost 40, LPS?  That's not too far from there & I've heard a lot of good things about it. Might be   There's website(DNR) on it.

Talk about scenic drives. Anyone ever drive hwy 210 from Carlson to hwy 23. Holy crap hwy 87 from long prairie to federal dam ain't got nuttin compared to that.you ain't going faster then 40. Talk about twist and turns and up p and down hills. But man is that a scenic drive. Kinda follows the St Louis river.
