I will see if I can say this good enough.  This guy was crossing the Mn Canada border on a bike with 4 bags of sand.  The officer took the bags of sand and checked them out and found nothing so let him go.  A week later the guy came again on a bike with his 4 bags of sand.  This time the officer had it analyzed and again found only sand.  Well the guy did this another 32 times and they just let him go through now.  A few years later the officer was retired and on vacation and saw the guy in a cafe in Texas.  He said I knew you were up to something but I just can't figure it out .  What were you sneaking across the border.  They guy said only one word.  Bikes.  LOLOL
