We are letting out single axle houses by ATV or SxS starting tomorrow. We do have rental houses out as do our outfitters. Ours are booked for this weekend. We do have one reservable campsite that just opened.
We have 10.5 inches of ice on most of the sheet out to the deep water like 14 feet. There is some 8 inch ice areas that are currently easy to identify by the clear blue or darker ice. The other ice is a solid 10.5, view picture attached.
ATV and SxS are off the leash and in good shape. It is still recommended for those pulling houses to wait until daylight when they first venture out. It doesn’t take long to get to 14 feet off our shore so take your time and be careful.
We will keep you posted.
