So, here's a little update.....
I finally got the parts and the lower machined. It's now complete. I'm waiting on the parts for the upper, and stocks are ordered. (I put the composite one's on for now)
This one will be named "Darth Maul" (when it's complete, you'll understand why)  :rotflmao:

Sweet H.D.  question have you bought the mag's yet? if so how many rds will it hold,I'm not thrilled with what I have (10 rds) just curious as your project is coming to life nicely.

Futher the 5 and 10rd mags are useful for bench shooting buts thats all as far as my needs go,I just like pulling the trigger alot....20 and 30 rds mags here.

The" We have Ammo" sign was still up at Glenn's Army & Navy in GR yday. Parking lot was 'bout 1/2 full too but surprisingly they weren't all crowded around the gun/ammo counter this time when we stopped.

They used to have a store up near Menards in Baxter. That must be the one that closed. I had no choice but to fork over the 40 bucks. I think I only have 3-4 shells left.
